Biography

Brett Adam Fuentes is an American songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer and accomplished independent artist. At an early age he listened to Blues, Motown, R&B, Soul, Funk, Rock, Grunge and Heavy Metal. By the time he entered high school there was a burning desire to perform music. He joined his first band at age 15 and never looked back playing anywhere he could. His first instrument was the drums but after his father bought him his first guitar, an Epiphone Les Paul, Brett started learning chords to write his own material. By the time he was 20, Brett had performed at various clubs along the Sunset Strip and had studio experience and recordings under his belt. Mostly working as a singer with bands Brett eventually grew into a solo act. Finding great freedom in being an independent musician in the new technological era he adapted early to streaming and most importantly marketing his self-produced work online. Having opened up for artists such as Corey Glover, Parliament, Rancid, and Crowbar; his education is that of a live musician dedicated to his craft and giving the people a memorable and cherished experience. Along with performing his other great passion is being in the studio. The albums are a refreshing new take on great American music telling compelling stories that fascinate the mind. His lyrics are to the point and describe a world we can all relate to. He now owns his own record label to support the extended catalogue of work made throughout the years. Currently residing in New Jersey, he continues to perform live playing both his written material and reformed renditions of some of his favorite covers. He can also be heard on the coffee house channel Sirius XM radio with his version of Sitting on the Dock of the Bay as well as I-Tunes, Pandora, IHeart Radio, and Spotify to name a few. From hard driven rock songs to passionate vocals and acoustic guitar, Brett reaches a wide variety of listeners. Enjoy.
